The Grip Magic Tile 'n Stone Treatment for Industrial Use, (NOT D.I.Y) when installed by trained GripMagic Tradespeople is warranted to provide slip resistance to the relevant International Standard, when wet, permanently, for the life of the tile treated, when certified by an independent licensed practitioner who is authorized to test using either of the 4 Methods:
> Tortus with Four-S (hard) and/or TRRL (soft) rubber slider
> British Pendulum (adapted for floors from ASTM Method E 303) with Four-S and/or TRRL rubber slider; and EN 13036-4 with CEN rubber slider. The pendulum is used for our highly recommended Sustainable Slip Resistance test.
> SlipAlert floor slipperiness indicator
> BOT-3000 Binary Output Tribometer with Neolite, SBR, Four S, TRL, leather or hosiery sliders. Can measure COF up to 1.00. We can test using the ANSI B101.1 (static coefficient of friction) and B101.3 (dynamic coefficient of friction) methods with the BOT-3000.
For commercial uses, GripMagic is able to supply a concentrated version that once again, is a permanent non-slip treatment for tiles and stone suitable for factories.
In particular for highly polished cement floors, building foyers, restaurant kitchens, shop and building entrances, hotels, swimming pools surrounds, and of course many other walkways that may (and do) pose a risk to dangerous slip ‘n falls.
Whilst a slippery floor may not sound life-threatening, the frightening facts are that many people world-wide actually die each year as a direct result of a floor being slippery, which of course, is totally preventable.

For Large Areas
We recommend for larger areas that clients use our commercial grade GripMagic. Contact us with the details send us pictures of the areas needing to be treated.
For Small Areas
GripMagic is now sold in DIY Packs and is by far the most cost effective treatment you’ll find. Whilst not commercial grade, it will effectively treat bathrooms floors, bathtubs, patios, kitchens, decking, laundries and even around the pool.
The method is a wipe on, rinse off, which will give the smaller areas around your home a permanent non-slip treatment for tile and stone that is proven to make wet tile floors slip-resistant.

Whilst we would love to provide cost's for commercial clients and large domestic areas requiring non-slip treatment, it is literally impossible without having all the correct details.
This is also due to the fact that we guarantee Grip Magic for the Life-of-Tile when undertaken by our qualified installers on commercial applications and clients agree to participate in our Yearly Inspection Program.

Life-of-Tile Warranty
GripMagic provides a Life-of-Tile Warranty which is simple to understand and under the following condtions:
1. When GripMagic is applied by our Professionally trained installers
2. When clients participate in our Yearly Inspection Program (Varying fees apply depending on the size of the application.
3. The Life-of-Tile does NOT apply to any D.I.Y treatments/installations.
4. When coefficient testing is conducted with either the Tortus, British Pendulum, Slip Alert or Bott 3000 Testers. (See Details of these Testers HERE)
GripMagic D.I.Y
Regarding GripMagic D.I.Y, it can, in almost all cases, be applied by our customers and is suitable for smaller areas such as bathrooms, shower cubicles, and other areas around 20 - 40 Sqm. It takes under an hour to complete a normal size bathroom and easy to follow instructions are always included with our products.
